We craft your event bartending to meet your specific needs.

  1. Custom drinks and bar menus.

  2. Craft and classic cocktails.

  3. Mixed drinks.

  4. Mocktails.

  5. Beer, seltzer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.

  6. Professional bartenders. Two minimum, additional are available for large events.

  7. Extended hours of service.

  8. Bar tools.

  9. Disposable cups and napkins.

  10. Coolers and ice.

  11. Portable bar rental.

  12. Liquor service permits and insurance.

  • Every event varies based on guests, drink menu, and hours of service.

    Our typical pricing starts at $1,000 plus costs of alcohol for a 4-hour event

  • We can provide a customized tasting experience for an additional fee.

  • Craft Perfect currently only provides mobile bartending service in Washington and Oregon.

    We do charge for travel for events outside of the Portland/Vancouver metropolitan area.

  • Craft Perfect can provide alcohol for your event. Due to licensing we cannot sell to individual event attendees.

  • We can provide all sorts of drinks including craft cocktails, standard mixed drinks, non-alcoholic beverages, soda, and juices.

    We will work with you to cater a beverage menu that suits your needs.

    In general, we will only bring supplies to provide drinks on the menu. If desired we can provide a full bar.

  • When we reserve your date we are turning away other clients. The non-refundable deposit ensures that we can commit the resources to making your event a success.

    Your deposit may be transferred to a future date if cancelled at least 30 days in advance.

  • Yes, if your venue does not have a bar, or if you prefer ours; our mobile bar is available.

  • Final payment is due 14-days before your event. This allows us to purchase everything for your event. The final payment is also non-refundable.

  • Yes, if your new date is available we can accommodate a date change at least 30-days in advance of your date with no cost. Between 14 and 30 days a change fee will apply.

  • We can provide service according to applicable state law. Typically up to 2am.

  • Craft Perfect is fully covered by limited liability and can share our insurance coverage as required by your venue.

    Clients are responsible for any damages caused by their guests during the event.

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

  • We can provide necessary permits and licenses required by the venue or local regulations for your event.
