Autumn Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin

• 1/4 oz lemon juice

• Agave, to taste

• Sparking Apple Cider

Directions:

1. Add gin, lemon juice, and agave to cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice and shake vigorously.

3. Add ice to high ball glass.

4. Pour in gin, lemon juice, and agave.

5. Top with apple cider.

6. Garnish with thyme and apple.
