Lemon Meringue Martini

Ingredients

• 2 oz Limoncello

• 1 oz whipped vodka

• 1/2 oz lemon juice

• 1/2 oz half and half

Directions

1. Rim martini glass with simple syrup and crusshed graham crackers.

2. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.

3. Shake vigorously.

4. Strain into martini glass.

5. Garnish with lemon wheel.
