Manhattan
Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon whiskey, Four Roses 
- 1 oz Antica vermouth 
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters 
Directions:
- Add ingredients to pint glass. 
- Add ice and stir until well chilled. 
- Strain into cocktail glass. 
- Rub rim with lemon peel. 
- Garnish with lemon peel and luxardo or dark cherry.
