Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon whiskey, Four Roses

• 1 oz Antica vermouth

• 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Directions:

1. Add ingredients to pint glass.

2. Add ice and stir until well chilled.

3. Strain into cocktail glass.

4. Rub rim with lemon peel.

5. Garnish with lemon peel and luxardo or dark cherry.
