Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 2 oz rye whiskey (Sazerac)

• 1/2 oz simple syrup

• 7 dashes orange bitters

Directions

1. Smoke a chilled whiskey glass with cedar smoke.

2. Add large ice cube.

3. Add simple syrup, bitters, and whiskey to glass.

4. Stir with cocktail spoon.

5. Rim glass with orange peel.

6. Garnish with orange peel and cocktail cherry.

You can use any whiskey but the Sazerac is by far our favorite for this classic cocktail.
