Black Magic


Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 oz indigo gin (Empress 1908)

  • 2 oz concord grape juice

  • 2 oz champagne

  • 1 oz blue curacao

  • Edible glitter

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker.

  2. Add ice and stir until well chilled.

  3. Strain into coup or martini glass.

  4. Carefully drop a 1-inch chunk of dry ice.

Warning:

Handle dry ice with extreme caution. Do not allow it to touch your skin. Use gloves and tongs to add dry ice to drink and allow to melt completely before sipping.
