El Floridita (Hemingway Daiquiri)

Ingredients:

• 1-3/4 oz White rum

• 1 oz Lime

• 3/4 oz Maraschinot

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in shaker tin.

2. Add ice to small shaker tin.

3. Shake vigorously, until well chilled.

4. Strain into chilled cocktail glass

5. Garnish with lime wedge.
