Ingredients:

• 1 Red Delicious Apple

• 1 gummy worm for garnish

• 2 oz mezcal

• 2 oz apple cider

• 1/2 oz lemon juice

• 1/2 oz orange liqueur

• 1/4 cup ginger beer

• 2 dashes grapefruit bitters

Directions:

1. Slice red delicious into slices.

2. Make a hole and insert gummy worm into the hole spear with cocktail pick.

3. Fill cocktail glass and shaker with ice.

4. In shaker add mezcal, apple cider, lemon juice, Cointreau, and grapefruit bitters.

5. Shake vigorously.

6. Strain into glass.

7. Top it off with ginger beer.

8. Garnish with apple slice with worm.
