Mezcal Amaras Bitter Love

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Mezcal Amarás Reposado

• 0.75 oz basil honey

• 2 oz Passion fruit

• 0.5 oz Lemon juice

• 2 Dashes of orange bitters

Directions:

1. In a glass stir the passion fruit juice, basil honey, and lemon juice. Let stand.

2. Add mixture above to cocktail shaker, add Amarás Reposado Mezcal, and large ice ice cub.

3. Shake for a few seconds.

4. Strain into old fashioned glass with large ice cube.

5. Top with tonic water.

6. Top with orange bitters.

7. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
