Purple Negroni

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Ume

• 1 oz gin

• 3/4 oz sales apertif or lizards blanco bitter

• 2 dash Peychaud’s bitters

Directions:

1. Add ingredients to shaker.

2. Add ice and shake vigorously.

3. Strain into whiskey glass.

4. Garnish with citrus peel.
