Sazerac
Ingredients:
2-1/2 oz rye whiskey
1/4 oz simple syrup
4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Absinthe to rinse
Directions:
Rinse chileld rocks glass with absinthe.
Discard excess.
In a mixing glass add ingredients.
Add ice and stir until well chilled.
Strain into rocks glass.
Twist lemon peel over the drink.
Garnish with lemon peel.
