Test Pilot
Ingredients:
1-1/2 oz dark Jamaican rum
3/4 oz light Puerto Rican rum
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2oz Velvet Falernum
1/4 oz lime juice
6 drops Pernod Pastis
1 dash Angostura bitters
Directions:
Add ingredients to a blender with one cup of ice.
Blend on high for about five seconds, or until the ice is crushed but not smooth.
Pour into a double rocks glass.
Top with crushed ice.
Garnish with maraschino cherry.
