Test Pilot


Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 oz dark Jamaican rum

  • 3/4 oz light Puerto Rican rum

  • 1/2 oz Cointreau

  • 1/2oz Velvet Falernum

  • 1/4 oz lime juice

  • 6 drops Pernod Pastis

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients to a blender with one cup of ice.

  2. Blend on high for about five seconds, or until the ice is crushed but not smooth.

  3. Pour into a double rocks glass.

  4. Top with crushed ice.

  5. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
