The Air Mail


Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 oz gold rum

  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice

  • 3/4 oz honey syrup (2:1)

  • 2 oz Champagne or sparkling wine to top

Directions:

  1. Add rum, lime juice, and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.

  4. Top with Champagne or sparkling wine.

  5. Garnish with a lime wedge.
