The Air Mail
Ingredients:
1-1/2 oz gold rum
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz honey syrup (2:1)
2 oz Champagne or sparkling wine to top
Directions:
Add rum, lime juice, and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled.
Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
Top with Champagne or sparkling wine.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
