Vieux Carre


Ingredients:

  • 3/4 oz rye whiskey

  • 3/4 oz cognac

  • 3/4 oz sweet vermouth

  • 1/4 oz benedictine

  • 4 dashes peychauds bitters

Directions:

  1. Add whiskey, cognac, sweet vermouth, benedictine and bitters into mixing glass.

  2. Stir with ice until well chilled.

  3. Strain into rocks glass with large cube or cocktail glass.

  4. Garnish with lemon twist.
