Violet Daiquiri

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz ume

• 1 oz white rum

• 3/4 oz lime juice

• 1/2 oz simple syrup

Directions:

1. Add ingredients to shaker.

2. Add ice and shake vigorously.

3. Strain into chilled martini or coupe glass.

4. Garnish with lime.
