Zombie
Ingredients:
1 oz light rum
1 oz dark rum
1 oz apricot brandy
1/2 oz falernum liqueur
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz Grenadine
1/2 oz overproof rum
Directions:
Add all the ingredients except the overproof rum to a shaker .
Add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a Collins or highball glass with fresh ice.
Float the overproof rum on top.
Garnish with the pineapple and cherry.
