Zombie


Ingredients:

  • 1 oz light rum

  • 1 oz dark rum

  • 1 oz apricot brandy

  • 1/2 oz falernum liqueur

  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1 oz pineapple juice

  • 1/4 oz Grenadine

  • 1/2 oz overproof rum

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients except the overproof rum to a shaker .

  2. Add ice and shake vigorously.

  3. Strain into a Collins or highball glass with fresh ice.

  4. Float the overproof rum on top.

  5. Garnish with the pineapple and cherry.
