New York Sour
Directions
Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, bitters and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
Dry shake.
Add ice and shake again.
Strain into a whiskey glass with a large ice cube.
Using back of a cocktail spoon, float red wine on top.

We prefer using Yellowstone Bourbon, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and Tempranillo for the wine. If needed you can substitute a few shakes of fee foam for egg white.
