Ingredients

• 1-1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka

• 1-1/2 oz Blue Curacao

• 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

• 1 oz simple syrup

Directions

1. Add all ingredients in cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice and shake vigorously.

3. Strain into coupe glass.

4. Garnish with lemon peel.

We prefer using Yellowstone Bourbon, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and Tempranillo for the wine. If needed, a single egg white can be used for two drinks in the same cocktail shaker when entertaining.
