Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz bourbon (Yellowstone)

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • 4 dashes orange bitters

  • 1/2 oz egg white

Directions

  1. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup and egg white.

  2. Dry shake.

  3. Add Ice and and shake vigorously.

  4. Strain into a whiskey glass with a large ice cube.

  5. Garnish with 3-4 drops of Angustura bitters.

 

More to love

We prefer using Yellowstone Bourbon, and fresh squeezed lemon juice. You can substitute fee foam as an alternative to egg white.
