Ingredients

• 1 oz gin

• 1/2 oz lemon juice

• 2 dashes simple syrup

• 2 oz champagne

Directions

1. Add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker with ice

2. Shake vigorously.

3. Strain into champagne flute.

4. Top with champagne.

5. Garnish with lemon twist.
