Fog Cutter
Ingredients:
2 oz white rum
1 oz brandy
½ oz London Dry gin
½ oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz orange juice
1/2 oz orgeat
1/4 oz cane syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
Directions:
Add all ingredients, except for the sherry, to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled.
Strain into a Collins glass or a tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
Pour a float of sherry on top.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
