Fog Cutter


Ingredients:

  • 2 oz white rum

  • 1 oz brandy

  • ½ oz London Dry gin

  • ½ oz Pedro Ximénez sherry

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz orange juice

  • 1/2 oz orgeat

  • 1/4 oz cane syrup

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients, except for the sherry, to a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a Collins glass or a tiki mug filled with crushed ice.

  4. Pour a float of sherry on top.

  5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
