Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 0z Bourbon

• 1/2 oz Banana Liqueur (I used Tempus Fugit)

• 1/4 oz Fino

• Barspoon Licor 43

• Pinch of salt

Directions:

1. Stir all ingredients with ice.

2. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass.

3. Garnish: 3 Brûlée'd Banana Slices.
