French 75


Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz gin

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

  • Brut champagne

Directions:

  1. Fill mixing glass with ice.

  2. Mix cognac, simple syrup, and lemon juice in shaker.

  3. Shake and pour into highball glass.

  4. Top glass with champagne until full.

  5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
