Ingredients:

• 2 oz rye whiskey

• 3/4 oz sweet vermouth

• 1/2 oz cynar

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients into mixing glass.

2. Add ice and stir until well chilled.

3. Strain into cocktail glass

4. Garnish with lemon peel maraschino cherry.
