Smore’s Campfire Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 2 oz vanilla vodka

• 1 oz chocolate liquor

• 1 oz cream

• 1/2 oz graham cracker syrup (or 1 tsp crushed graham crackers mixed with simple syrup)

Directions:

1. Rim martini glass with chocolate syrup and dip in crushed graham crackers.

2. Add vodka, chocolate liquor, cream, and graham cracker syrup to cocktail shaker.

3. Add ice and shake vigorously.

4. Strain into prepared martini glass.

5. Garnish with large marshamllow on a cocktail skewer

6. Torch marshmallow for a light toast.

7. Sprinkle chocolate shavings and serve.
