Negroni Absinthe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 oz mezcal
1 oz sweet vermouth
3/4 oz Aperitivio Cappelletti
1/4 oz creme de cacao blanc
Directions:
Coat interior of cocktail glass with 3 spritzes of absinthe.
in mixing glass add remaining ingredients and ice then stilr until chilled.
Strain into prepared glass.
garnish with brandied cherry.
