Negroni Absinthe

Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz mezcal

• 1 oz sweet vermouth

• 3/4 oz Aperitivio Cappelletti

• 1/4 oz creme de cacao blanc

Directions:

1. Coat interior of cocktail glass with 3 spritzes of absinthe.

2. in mixing glass add remaining ingredients and ice then stilr until chilled.

3. Strain into prepared glass.

4. garnish with brandied cherry.
