Nigori Bellini


Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Sake

  • 2 oz pureed peaches

  • 1 oz champagne

Directions:

  1. Add sake and peaches to shaker.

  2. Add ice and shake vigorously.

  3. Strain into glass.

  4. Float champagne on top.

  5. Serve.
