Plum Drop

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz ume

• 1 oz vodka

• 0.75 oz lemon juice

• 0.5 oz simple syrup

Directions:

1. Sugar rim and plum garnish

2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.

3. Add ice and shake vigorously.

4. Strain into martini glass with sugar rim.

5. Garnish with plum or cherry garnish.
