Ume Rita

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Ume

• 1 oz tequila

• 3/4 oz lime juice

• 1/2 oz simple syrup

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to shaker.

2. Add ice and shake vigorously.

3. Strain into glass.

4. Garnish with lime or plum.
