Ingredients:

• 2 oz Ume

• 1.5 oz sparkling wine

• 1 oz club soda

Directions:

1. Add Ume in chilled champagne glass with ice.

2. Add sparkling wine.

3. Top with club soda.

4. Garnish with citrus.
